s = (16 + 30 + 34)/2 = 80/2 = 40 cm

Area of triangle = √[s(s – a)(s – b)(s – c)]

= √[40(40 – 16)(40 – 30)(40 – 34)

= √[40 × 24 × 10 × 6]

= 240 sq cm
