let the of the equilateral triangle be x

therefore,
the sides of Right angled triangle:
(x-12),(x-13) and (x-14)

by Pythagoras theorem,

(x-12)²=(x-13)²+(x-14)²
x²-24x+144=x²-26+169+x²-28+196
x²-24x+144=2x²-54+365
0=x²-30x+221
x²-30x+221=0
x²-17x-13x+221=0
x(x-17)-13(x-17)=0
(x-13)(x-17)=0
x=13 or 17

but 17 is the answer
as 13 does not satisfy the given condition
