area of rectangle =l*b
20*15=300cm^2
if length and breadth increased by 20%
then l =24 cm
b=18
then area 24*18=432 cm^2
increase in %=432-300/300*100
44%

Please \: Mark \: Me \: As \: BRAINLIEST. \\ .................................................. \\ Also \: Don't \: Forgot \: to \: Follow \: me. \\ .............. \\ As \: we \: know \: about \: Percentage. \\ So, \\ Hello \: Guys, \\ ................ \\ Answer \: is
L = 20 \: cm \\ B = 15 \: cm \\ \\ Area = L \times B \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 20 \times 15 \: {cm}^{2} \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 300 \: {cm}^{2} \\ \\ New \: length = 20 + 20\% \: of \: 20 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 20 + \frac{20}{100} \times 20 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 24 \: cm \\ \\ New \: breadth = 15 + 20\% \: of \: 15 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 15 + \frac{20}{100} \times 15 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 18 \: cm \\ \\ New \: Area = 24 \times 18 \: {cm}^{2} \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 432 \: {cm}^{2} \\ \\ \% \: of \: Area \: Increased = \frac{(432 - 300)}{300} \times 100\% \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = \frac{132}{3} \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 44 \\ \\ Ans. \: 44\%
