Heya !!!!

Here's your answer =>=>

Perimeter = 90cm

Length of sides = 4:5

Let the common ratio be x

So the sides will be 4x and 5x

We know the sum of all sides of a rectangle = Perimeter

So 2 (4x) + 2 (5x) = 90

4x + 4x + 5x + 5x = 90

18x = 90

x = 90/18

x = 5

Hence, the length of the sides is ===

4x = 4 × 5 = 20cm

5x = 5 × 5 = 25cm

To find the area of this rectangle___Follow the given steps____

Area of rectangle = Length × Breadth

Length = 20cm

Breadth = 25cm

Area = L × B

Area = 20cm × 25cm

Area = 500 cm^2

Hope it will help you ☆▪☆

Thanks ^_^

HELLO DEAR USER!!!

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER GOES LIKE THIS :

========================================================================================

we know that the sum of the lengths of all sides of rectangle are equal to 90 and that the sides have a ratio of 4:5..

 Let us take the shorter side as 4X

Length and longer side be 5X

perimeter =2(length)+2(width)

2(4X)+2(5X)=90

8X+10X=90

18X=90

THEREFORE X=5

Shorter side =4X=4*5=20CM

Longer side =5X=5*5=25CM

Area =length *breadth

area =20*25=500cm

THE ANSWER HAS BEEN EXPLAINED........
