let sides=2x:3x
perimeter =100
perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)
2(l+b)=100
l+b=100/2
l+b=50
2x+3x=50
5x=50
x=50/5
x=10
now 2x=2(10)=20
3x=3(10)=30
area =l×b
=20×30
=600sqm is answer obtained

100/2(We need 2 sides so we remove 2 from the 4 total)

50/5(due to 2+3=5)

10 per part

(2 parts:3 parts)=20:30

L*W for area means 20*30

ANSWER: 600
