Area = 4x*2x hense let length be 4x and breadth be 2x= 8x^2

Now 8x^2=1728 or x^2=1728/8=216

So x=14.69693846.

Now length=4*14.69693846=58.78775383

Breadth =2*14.69693846=29.39387692

Now to fence we need the perimeter which is 2*(length+breadth)=2*(58.78775383+29.39387692)=176.3632615

So at 2.50 rs rate the price be 176.3632615*2.50=440.90 rs.
