The area of the rectangular park=l*b

= 4x*3x

= 12x^2

12x^2=1728

x^2 = 1728/12

x^2 = 144

X = √144

X = 12

Therefore it's dimensions are 4*12=48m,3*12=36m

The length to be fenced = perimeter= 2(l+b)

=2(48+36)

= 2(84)

= 168m.

The cost is 30/m

Therefore the cost for fencing= 30*168

= ₹5,040
