Then,

=> 6x² = 150

=> x² = 150/6

=> x² = 25

=> x = √25

=> x = 25

Therefore,

Length of the rectangle = 3x = (3 × 5) cm = 15 cm

Breadth of the rectangle = 2x = (2 × 5) cm = 10 cm
