the sides of a retangular field are in the ratio 9 : 7 and its perimeter is 150 sq. cm find the length of its sides

let length be 9x
breadth be 7x
then
2(9x+7x)=150
32x=150
x=4. 6
lenght =9x4. 6
breadth=7x4. 6

sudip20: cause if l= 15;b=10 area shoukd be lxb 10x15=150 so area should be 150 not perimeter may b question has a typo
