The sides of a rhombus are 5 cm each and one diagonal is 8 cm . Calculate the length of the other diagonal and the area of the rhombus​

Answer:

diagonals of a rhombus are congruent .

therefore the measure of other diagonal is also 8 cm.

Area of rhombus = 1/2 × products of length of each diagonal.

= 1/2 × 8×8

=1/2× 64

=32

therefore area is 32 sq. cm
