B=(3x-1) cm

Area of triangle = 1/2*B*H

Then

60=1/2*(3x-1)*5x

15x^2-5x-120=0

using formula,

x=(-b+(sqrt(b^2-4ac)))/2a

x=3 cm

therefore

H=15 cm

B=9-1 = 8 cm

using pythogorous theorem

hyp side = 17 cm

Then

perimeter = 15+8+17 cm

p = 40 cm
