The sides of a right angled triangle containing the right angle are base and height.

1/2 base*height=60

1/2*(5x)(3x-1)=60

x(3x-1)=24

3x²-x-24=0

9x²-3x-72=0

9x²-27x+24x-72=0

3x(3x-9)+8(3x-9)=0

(3x+8)(3x-9)=0

x=3 or x=-8/3

as the length cannot be negative integer x=3
