The sides of a triangle are 15cm,36cm,39cm.verify it is a right angled triangle

In a right angled triangle;

p^2+b^2 = h^2 ..Pythagoras theorem

=) 15^2+ 36^2 = 39^2

=) 225 + 1296 = 1521.

Hence it is a right angled triangle.

We are given that -

a = 15

b = 36

c = 39

We can verify it by using Pythagoras theorem ,

 {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  =  {c}^{2}
putting a b c 's value

 {15}^{2}  +  {36}^{2}   =  {39}^{2}  \\  \\  =  > 225 + 1296 = 1521 \\  \\  =  > 1521 = 1521

Hence we have proved that , third side is greater and the the square of sum of two number is equal to the square of third number

Hence it is. a right angled Triangle
