SOLUTION:-

Given:

The sides of a ∆ are 16cm, 30cm&34cm.

To find:

Area of triangle.

Therefore,

We use Heron's Formula:

⚫A= 16cm

⚫B= 30cm

⚫C= 34cm

s =  \frac{A + B + C}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{16  + 30 + 34}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{80}{2}  \\  \\  =  > 40cm

So,

Area of triangle:

A=  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{40(40 - 16)(40 - 30)(40 - 34)}  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{40(24)(10)(6)}  \\  \\  =  >  \sqrt{57600}  \\  \\  =  > 240 {cm}^{2}

Hence,

The area of triangle is 240cm².

Hope it helps ☺️
