Answer:

a=16 cm

b=30 cm

c=34 cm

s=a+b+c/2

s=16+30+34/2

s=80/2

s=40

area \: of \: triangle =  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

area \: of \: triangle =  \sqrt{40(40 - 16)(40 - 30)(40 - 34)}

area \: of \: triangle =  \sqrt{40 \times 24 \times 10 \times 6}

area \: of \: triangle =  \sqrt{57600}

area \: of \: triangle = 240 \:  {cm}^{2}

Answer:

240cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the sides of the triangle be a,b and c.

a=16cm b=30cm c=34cm

Area of ∆= [(s)(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)] ...... where s= (a+b+c)/2 =semipeirmeter

Semipeirmeter=(16+30+34)/2

=40

Area() = √[(40)(40-16)(40-30)(40-34)]

=√ [40×24×10×6]

=√ [ (10×4)×(6×4)×(10)×(6)]

=10×4×6

=240

Area of ∆=240cm²
