i) area of triangle
semiperimeter =16+12+20/2=48/2=24
 =  \sqrt{24(24 - 16)(24 - 12)(24 - 20)}  \\  =  \sqrt{24 \times 8 \times 12 \times 4}  \\  =  \sqrt{12 \times 2 \times 8 \times \times 12 \times  4}  \\  = 12 \times 4 \times 2 \\  = 48 \times 2 \\  = 96
ii)
96 = 20 \times  \frac{1}{2 }  \times h \\ 96 = 10h \\ 9.6 = h
iii)
96 = 12 \times  \frac{1}{2}  \times h \\  \frac{96 \times 2}{12}  = h \\  \frac{96}{6}  = h \\ 16 = h
