let the sides of the Triangle be 5x, 12x and 13x

150 = 12x + 13x + 5x

150 = 30x

x = 150/30

x = 5

therefore the sides of Triangle are 25, 60, and 65

by using heron's formula,

area of Triangle = √75(75-25)(75-60)(75-65)

= √75 × 50 × 15 × 10

= √15 × 15 × 5 × 5 × 10 × 10

= 15 × 5 × 10

= 750 cm^2
