Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the sides of the triangle be 13x ,14x,and 15x.

Given:perimeter=84

Therefore,13x+14x+15x=84

42x=84

x=84÷42=2

The sides are 13x=13*2=26cm(a)

14x=14*2=28cm(b)

15x=15*2=30cm(c)

S=perimeter/2=84/2=42cm

S-a=42-26=16

S-b=42-28=14

S-c=42-30=12

Ar(of triangle)=√s*(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

=√42*16*14*12

=√7*6*2*2*2*2*7*2*6*2

=7*6*2*2*2

=336cm^2

sides in ratio are 13,14,15
perimeter=84
area=?

so perimeter =a+b+c
=13x+14x±15x
= 42x
84=42x
x=84/42=2

now 13x=13x2=26
14x=14x2=28
15x=15x2=30
