Given:-Perimeter =45cm

Steps-:

let the sides be 2x, 3x and 4x as we know, perimeter of triangle = Sum of all sides

Hence, 45cm=2x+3x+4x

45=9x

45/9=x

5=X

X=5cm

So, 2x = 2×5

=10cm3x=3×5

= 15cm4x= 4×5

=20 cm

TO CHECK THE ANSWER ADD ALL THE SIDES AND IF IT COMES EQUAL TO 45CM THEN IT MEANS THE ANSWER IS CORRECT.

Answer:

Perimeter of the triangle = 45 cm

Ratio of the sides of the triangle = 2 :3 :4

Sum of ratio terms = (2+3+4)=9

the sides of the triangle are 2/9 × 45 cm , 3/9 ×45 cm , i.e.., 10 cm , 15cm , and 20cm .

Hence , the sides of the triangle are 10 cm 15 cm and 20cm
