2nd side of triangle=12x
3rd side of triangle=13x

Then,
area of triangle=sum of all sides
5x+12x+13x=90cm
30x=90 cm
x=3 cm.

1st side of triangle=5×3=15 cm
2nd side of triangle=12×3=36 cm
3rd side of triangle=13×3=39
