You generally know that a triangle with sides 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm is right angled and 5 cm is hypotenuse

Here, the ratios of sides are  6 : 4.5 : 7.5 = 12 : 9 : 15

I said 3 cm , 4 cm , 5 cm forms a right angled triangle

Multiply sides by 3 , new sides are 9 , 12 , 15

Given question is also in the same ratio.

In the original one 5 cm is hypotenuse. As we multiplied by 3 , 15 cm is the hypotenuse. By the ratio here, 7.5 cm is the hypotenuse
