since 60 degree will be second highest angle

therefore Cos 60 =[ x^2 +(2x + 1)^2 - (x+2)^2]÷[2 x (2x+ 1)]

since cos A = (b^2+ c^2- a^2)/2bc

where a is side opp to angle A

therefore x= 3/2

and the pereter is equal to 4x +3

which is equal to 9 units
