3x + 8 = 29
3x = 29 - 8
3x = 21
x = 21/3

(x) + (x+3) + (x+5) = 29

3x+8 = 29

3x = 29-8

3x = 21

x = 7

so the sides are 7cm , 10cm , 12cm .
