9x=108

x=108/9

x=12

side of triangle are =

a= 2x= 2×12 = 24m

b= 3x= 3×12 = 36m

c= 4x= 4×12 = 48m

by heron's formula,

s = (a+b+c)/2

= (24+36+48)/2

= 108/2

= 54

area = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

= √54(54-24)(54-36)(54-48)

= √54×30×18×6

= 418.2m^2
