QUESTION :

The sides of a triangles are l,(l+1),and 13 cm If it's perimeter is 56cm ,then find the value of l

SOLUTION :

We know that the Perimeter of a triangle is equal to the sum of the lengths of it's sides.

Hence :

=> L + L + 1 + 13 .

=> 2 L + 14 = 56

=> 2 L = 42

=> L = 21

Answer : L = 21 cm.
