Let the common ratio be x

Therefore the sides of the triangle are 3x 5x and 6x

perimeter = 3x+5x+6x=14x=28

=> x=2

Therefore the sides are 6, 10 and 12cm

For area we use Heron's formula:-

s=14

a=✓(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c))

=>a=✓(14(8)(4)(2))

=>a=8✓14 cm^2

Therefore area is approx 30cm^2
