Semi perimeter = 90/2 = 45

Now,

HERON'S FORMULA :-
 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

 = > \: \sqrt{45(45 - 41)(45 - 40)(45 - 9)}

 = > \: \sqrt{45 \times 4 \times 5 \times 36}

 = > \: \sqrt{32400}

 = > \: 180 {m}^{2}

s=a+b+c/2
s=41+40+9/2=45m.
area=/s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
area=/45(45-41)(45-40)(45-9)
area=/45*4*5*36
area=/3*3*5*2*2*5*2*2*3*3
area=3*5*2*2*3
area=180m2.
