The sides of a triangular field are 41m 40m and 9m. Find the number of a rose beds that can be prepared in the field ,if each rose bed ,on an average needs 900cm space

by heron's formula

s=41 +40 +9/2 = 45 m

area = root[45(45-41)(45-40)(45-9)]

=root[ 45 x 4 x 5 x 36]

= 2 x 6 x 5 x 3

= 180 m2

180 m2 = 1800000cm2

number of beds that can be prepared = 1800000/900 = 2000 rose beds
