Let common multiple be x.

Therefore sides of triangle are 3x , 5x and 7x.

Perimeter = sum of three sides.

300 = 3x + 5x + 7x

300 = 15 x

x = 20

Therefore sides are ,

3 × 20 = 60
5 × 20 = 100
7 × 20 = 140

Area of traingle = in the attachment.

Area of traingle =
