Let sides of the triangular plot be 2x, 3x and 4x.

Perimeter of a triangle = sum of length of all sides

900 = 2x+3x+4x

900 = 9x

900/9 = x ...(Transposing 9 to right side)

x = 100m

First side = 2x = 2×100 = 200m

Second side = 3x = 3×100 = 300m

Third side = 4x = 4×100 = 400m

Area of a triangle = √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

Where a, b, and c are sides of the triangle and s is semi perimeter.

s= 900/2 = 450

Area of the triangle = √450×(450-200)(450-300)(450-400)

= √450 × 250 × 150 × 50

= 29,047.38
