Let the sides of triangle be = x ‚ 2x ,2x

ATQ

x + 2x + 2x = 400 \\ 5x = 400 \\ x =   \frac{400}{5 }  \\ x = 80

:. side of triangle with 1 ratio = 80m

side of triangle with 2 ratio = 2(80)m = 160m

By using Pythagoras property we will find the height of isosceles triangle

half of base = 80/2=40m

(h) { }^{2}  = (b) {}^{2}  +( p) {}^{2} \\ (160 ) {}^{2}  = (40) {}^{2}  + (p) {}^{2}  \\ 25600 = 1600 + p {}^{2}  \\ 25600 - 1600 = p {}^{2}  \\ 24000 = p {}^{2}  \\

area \: of \: triangle \:  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times base \times height \:  \\   \frac{1}{2}  \times 80 \times  \sqrt{24000}
