Ratio of sides of triangular plot

= 3:5:7

Perimeter = 300

->If the sides are a, b and c then,

a+b+c = 300 (as the perimeter is sum of all sides)

Let the sides be 3x, 5x and 7x.

3x + 5x + 7x = 300

15x = 300

x = 300/15

x = 20

3x = 60

7x = 140

5x = 100

Answer:

let the first side be 3x

second side be 5x

third side be 7x

perimeter = sum of all sides

300 = 3x+5x+7x

300=15x

x= 20

Now

1st side=3×20=60

2nd side=5×20=100

3rd side=7×20=140

area=1/2× base × height

= 1/2×100×60

=50×60

=3000metre square
