From the property of quadrilateral, sum of all sides of quadrilateral will be greater than 4 th side.

Now maximum length will be  

30 + 80 + 90 – 1 = 199

Also let minimum length be x

So 90 = 80 + 30 + x

Therefore x = 20

So from 20 to 199 integers can be 199 – 20 = 179
