the sides of rectangle are 20 cm and 15 CM if each side of rectangle is increased by 20% find the percentage increase in the area​

Length=20 cm

width=15 cm

area of rectangle =20 × 15=300cm²

length=20+20% × 20=20+4=24

width=15+20% × 15=15+3=18

new area=24 × 18=432

increased area=432-300=132 %

increased=132/432 × 100[first divide 132/432 and then multiply by 100]

increase %=30.5%
