Let the sides of the quadrilateral be x, 2x, 3x and 4x respectively.

Perimeter = 40 cm (given)

Perimeter = Sum of all 4 sides

40 cm = x+2x+3x+4x

40 cm = 10x

x = 40/10 cm

x = 4 cm

one side = x = 4 cm

2x = 2×4 = 8 cm

3x = 3×4 = 12 cm

4x = 4×4 = 16 cm

The sides of the quadrilateral are 4cm, 8cm, 12cm and 16 cm

Answer:

your answer is 4,8,12 and 16

Step-by-step explanation:

let the sides are in 1x,2x,3x and 4x

perimeter of the quadrilateral is 40

so 1x+2x+3x+4x= 40

10x = 40

x=40/10

x = 4

so the sides are 4×1=4,

4×2=8

4×3=12

4×4=16

that's it

i hope it ll help you
