side a = 56cm
side b =52cm
side c =60cm (hypotenuse)

area = 1/2  * a * b
           0.5* 56 * 52
           28*52
           1456

∴ area =1456cm²

using Heron's Formula   \sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}

s=a=b=c
s= 56+52+60 ÷ 2 =168 ÷ 2 =84
therefore,    \sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}
                    \sqrt{84(84-56)(84-52)(84-60)}
                 =  \sqrt{84*28*32*24}
                 =  \sqrt{1806336}
                 = 1344cm²
