First We Find the area :-

$Area = \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}$

= (25 + 39 + 56) ÷ 2 = 60

$= \sqrt{(60)(60-25)(60-39)(60-56)}$

$= \sqrt{176400}$

= 420 cm²

Now we Find the Altitude

$Area = \frac{1}{2} \times base \times height$

$420 = \frac{1}{2} \times 56 \times h$

420 = 28 x height

height = 420\28

height = 15 cm

The altitude is 15cm.
