Area of this triangle is:

√15(15-5)(15-12)(15-13)

(by herons formula)

√3×5×2×5×3×2

3×5×2

=30cm^2 is the area.

Now shortest altitude length (h)

30=1/2×12×h

30=6h

h=30/6

h=5cm
