Let the side = 2xcm, 3xcm, 4xcm

$perimeter \: \: of \: \: triangle = 54 \\ \\ 2x + 3x + 4x = 54 \\ \\ 9x = 54 \\ \\ x = \frac{54}{9} \\ \\ x = 6$

So,
sides = 2x = 2*6 = 12cm
3x = 3*6 = 18cm
4x = 4*6 = 24cm
