Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

The sides of triangular park are in the ratio 12:17:25 and its perimeter is 1080 m.

To find:-

Find the all measurements of the triangular park?

Solution:-

Given that

The ratio of the sides of the triangular park = 12:17:25

Let they be 12X m ,17X m and 25 m

Perimeter of a triangle = Sum of all the three sides

=> P = (12X+17X+25X) m

=> P = 54X m

According to the given problem

Perimeter of the triangular park = 1080 m

=> 54X = 1080

=> X = 1080/54

=> X= 20 m

12X = 12×20 m = 240 m

17X = 17×20 m = 340 m

25X = 25×20 m = 500 m

Answer:-

The three sides of the triangular park are 240 m, 340 m and 500 m

Used formula:-

Perimeter of a triangle = Sum of all the three sides of the triangle.
