perimeter of triangle plot = Sum of all sides

300 = 3x+5x+7x

300 = 15x

15x = 300

x = 20 m

The sides are 60 m , 100 m & 140 m

Area of triangular plot

from Heron's formula -

Area = S(S-a)(S-b)(S-c)

where S = a+b+c/2 = (60+100+140)/2

S = 300/2 = 150 m

Area = √150(150-60)(150-100)(150-140)

= √150*90*50*10

= √50*3*900*50

= √2500*900*3

= 50*30√3

= 1500√3 m²
