Answer:

perimeter: 2:3  Area: 4:9

Step-by-step explanation:

For perimeter

sides: 4:6

perimeter = 4a

ratio = 4(4) : 4(6)

        = 2:3

for area

sides 4:6

       = 2:3

area = side^{2}

ratio = 2(2) : (3)(3)

        = 4 : 9

Hope it helps you!!!

Answer:

perimeter of 1st square = 4 * side

= 4 * 4 cm

= 16 cm

area of 1st square = side ^2

=( 4cm ) ^2

= 16 cm^2

perimeter of 2nd square = 4 * 6cm

= 24 cm

area of 2nd square = ( 6 cm ) ^2

= 36 cm^2

ratio of perimeter of both square = 16 cm / 24 cm

= 2 cm / 3 cm

= 2 : 3

ratio of area of both of square = 16 cm^2 / 36 cm^2

= 4 cm^2 / 9 cm^2

= 4 : 9
