SI = Principal x Rate of Interest x Time/100

= 4500 x 12 x 2 / 100

=45 x 24

=1080$

★ Formula to find Simple Interest

{\large{\bold{\rm{\underline{Using \; formulas}}}}}

{\sf{\star  \: Simple \: interest \: = \: \dfrac{P \times R \times T}{100}}}

Where,

  • ★ P denotes Principal

  • ★ R denotes Rate

  • ★ T denotes Time

~ Let's use the formula to find Simple Interest and implied the values and let substitute the values..!

:\implies \sf{\sf{ Simple \: interest \: = \: \dfrac{P \times R \times T}{100}}}

:\implies \sf{\sf{ Simple \: interest \: = \: \dfrac{4500 \times 12 \times 2}{100}}}

:\implies \sf \:  \boxed{ \red{ \bf \: Simple \:  Interest \:  = \:  $  \: 1080}}
