Hey dear!!

➡Simple interest = ₹829.50
➡Time = 3 years
➡Rate of interest = 10% p.a.
➡Principal(sum) = ?

➡Simple interest = PTR/100
➡829.50 = P × 3 × 10/100
➡P = 829.50 ÷ 3/10
➡P = 829.50 × 10/3
➡P = 276.50 × 10
➡P = ₹2765

➡Ans: The sum is ₹2765.

Hope helped!!

\huge{\underline{\underline{.........Answer}}}

Simple intrest = 829.50

Rate of intrest - 10 °/•

Time = 3 years

Principal = ?

So how to find the principal ?

Explanation :-

 \frac{ PTR \: }{100}  \\ 829.50 = p \times 3 \times  \frac{10}{100}  \\ p = 829.50  \div  \frac{3}{10}  \\ p = 829.50 \times  \frac{10}{3}  \\p =  276.50 \times 10 \\ p = 2765

Principal = 2765
