Let the price of the object be x.
Now after the discount of 15% the discounted price of the object will become
x-x(15/100) = x(1-(15/100))
= x(85/100)
So the net discounted price will be
x(85/100)(90/100)(92/100)
=x(703800/1000000)

The net discount
x-x(703800/1000000)
= x(296200/1000000)

Net percentage discount
(296200/1000000)x100
=29.62%

Given : discount series 15 % 10% and 8%

To Find :  single discount

Solution:

Let say Amount before discount = 1000X

15 % discount = (15/100) 1000X = 150X

Amount after 1st discount = 1000X - 150X  = 850X

10% discount == (10/100) 850X = 85X

Amount after 2nd discount = 850X - 85X  = 765X

8% discount = (8/100) 765X = 61.2X

Final Amount = 765X - 61.2X

= 703.8X

Net discount = 1000X  = 703.8X

= 296.2X

Single Discount = (296.2X/1000X) * 100

= 29.62 %
