The situation shown in figure is equivalent to option 3 as posted in diagram

1.As both resistors are in parallel

So req=1/r1+1/r2

=1/2+1/2=1ohm

2.As both cells are in parallel

Eeq=E1r1+E2r2/r1+r2

=(10*2-4*2)/2+2

=3v
