The sixteenth century is a century of religious revival in the history of India
under the great Emperor Akbar. India experienced an awakening that quickened
her progress and visualized her national life after independence. State the problems

I don't think AKBAR was a religious person .

He created a religion called as (DIN-E-ILLAHIE ) . It was a religion which was commonly accepted by all Muslims and Hindus .He had done all this to protect his kingdom,he did all this so that no one from his country will oppose his kingship .

The people of 16th century were quite different from the people living in this century.

iarshjotsingh: Akbar was a religious person as he did not discriminate on the basis and understanded the importance if religion and treated all the religions equally
Anonymous: yes dear he didn't discriminate people on the basis of religion but either he should allow r stutter people to act according to their religious beliefs but he created a new religion called as din-e-illahie .That was not a religion if he was a religious person he should not have done that .My dear brother this world is interested. He did all this to protect his kingdom and nothing more...
