volume of match box =4 cm* 2.5 cm * 1.5 cm
= 15 cm
volume of one packet =15cm* 144 = 2160
volume of cartoon = 4356000
number of packets placed in the cartoon =
4356000/2160 = 2016.666666666 packets

Solution:

Volume occupied by a single match box :-

Volume = ( L×B×H ) cubic units.

➨ Volume = ( 4×2.5×1.5 )cm³

Volume = 15 cm³

Now ,

Volume of the packet containing 144 such packets :-

➨ ( 15 × 144 )cm³ = 2160 cm³

Then ,

Total number of packets in a carton :-

Volume of the carton / Volume of a packet

➨ 756000/2160

➨ 350 packets.
