Length × breadth = 1728

4x × 3x = 1728

12 x = 1728

x = 1728/12

x = √144

x = 12

Length = 4×12 = 48

Perimeter = 2(48+36)

                  = 2×84= 168 m

Cost of fencing = (168×30)

                           =5040 rupees
