The slope of a line joining P(6,k) and Q(1-3k, 3) is 1/2. Find:
a)k
b)Midpoint of PQ, using the value of 'k' found in (a).

Exp:- Slope of a line joining two points = 3 - k / - 3k - 5 = 1 / 2


6 - 2k = - 3 k -5

k = -11

b)

Mid point of a line is the point which is equidistant from both the points.

Let the coordinator of the mid point be ( x, y)

x = 3 - 11 / 2. and. y = 34 +6 /2
